Return & Refund policy

All full-priced items can be returned for an Online Credit Note for Sugar & Spice within 7 days of receiving your parcel. Please note we do not give refunds. Any item marked down from its original price is considered a final sale.

If you are wanting to return something, simply email us at and send it back to us within the timeframe below.

In order to receive your store credit, your return item must meet the following conditions:

  • must be received within 7 days of receiving your order
  • must be new and unworn with all original tags attached 
  • must not have been marked as a Final Sale item on our website (final sale merchandise is marked as sale) 
  • must not have make-up or fake tan marks 
  • must not smell of perfume, deodorant or washing powder
  • must be in the same condition that it was sent in

We will inspect all return items upon receipt - any returns which fail to comply with the above will be sent back to you.

The cost of return shipping is at the customer's expense - we will not refund or add credit or the cost of return postage.

We will not process returns until your item is received by us. We will not accept any return outside of the 7 days exchange period. Any merchandise marked down from it's original price is considered a final sale and is labeled as sale.

Please note: we do not issue refunds, store credit only. We reserve the right to decline any return that does not meet the standards above.
